Empowering Generations for Success
Eisenberg Solutions helps families manage complex wealth with greater clarity, fairness and confidence.
Many families are surrounded by private banks, investment managers, lawyers, accountants and other professional advisers. Yet the advice they receive can be difficult to compare, the fees hard to understand, and the incentives behind recommendations unclear. Too often, families are asked to choose between products before they have clearly defined what the capital is meant to achieve.
Adam Eisenberg founded Eisenberg Solutions to offer a different approach.
After more than 25 years in financial services, Adam saw that the standard system often starts in the wrong place. The real question is not simply whether a family should invest in one fund or another. The better question is: why is this capital being invested at all, and what role should it play for the family over time?
Eisenberg Solutions helps families return to those first principles. We work on a retainer basis, not on assets under management or product placement. Our role is to sit on the family’s side of the table — helping them clarify objectives, understand advice, review service providers and make better-informed decisions.
A core part of our work is bridging generations. We help parents give adult children more responsibility while reducing the risk of avoidable mistakes. We help younger family members build the judgement and confidence needed to engage with wealth thoughtfully. And we help families create governance structures that support long-term stewardship.
We do not aim to replace a family’s existing advisers. We help families manage them better.
Eisenberg Solutions exists to bring independent judgement, practical structure and plain-spoken advice to families navigating the complexity of significant wealth.
